  • 1 pound vanilla candy coating
  • Black decorating gel

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. With kitchen shears, round off the top of each vegan marshmallow and cut two triangles from the bottom to form ghost shapes.
  3. Insert a toothpick into each ghost to hold during coating.
  4. Melt the vanilla candy coating according to package instructions and coat each ghost, leaving the triangle cut areas exposed.
  5. Place coated ghosts in the fridge for about five minutes to set.
  6. Use black decorating gel to create eyes and mouths on your ghosts.
  7. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
