  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (14 oz) unsweetened coconut milk (full fat)
  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Thai red curry paste
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Chopped chives (for serving)
  • Your favorite vegetables (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil for the gyozas.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, add vegetable oil, then sauté grated garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
