  • yeast

  • raspberry jam
  • custard (made from milk, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, cornstarch)

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add melted butter and warm milk; mix until smooth.
  2. Knead the dough until elastic and smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
