  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, room temperature

  • â…“ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8-ounce) tub of whipped topping
  • 36 vanilla sandwich cookies
  • ÂĽ cup strawberry syrup
  • Fresh strawberries, optional garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream until smooth. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  3. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 18-23 minutes or until set.
  4. Allow brownies to cool completely before frosting.
  5. Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl until smooth; then incorporate sour cream and vanilla extract. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  6. Spread the frosting over cooled brownies.
  7. Crush vanilla sandwich cookies and mix with strawberry syrup; sprinkle on top of frosted brownies.
