  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract; mix until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
  3. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 50–60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and let it cool inside for an hour.
