  • 6 cups cooked sushi rice
  • Optional: furikake seasoning

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken or turkey into 8-10 pieces. Marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, fruit juice, and sugar for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each slice until browned and crispy on both sides.
  3. Lay a strip of nori on a cutting board, then press cooked sushi rice firmly into a mold placed on the nori.
  4. Add a sprinkle of furikake if desired, followed by the cooked chicken or turkey slice.
  5. Wrap the nori around the filling tightly, using a bit of water to seal it if necessary.
