  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 38 pound turkey breast

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper to form a paste.
  3. Place the turkey breast skin side up on a wire rack in a roasting pan. Loosen the skin and spread some spice mixture underneath; rub remaining mixture on top.
  4. Roast for about 20 minutes per pound until the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
  5. Once done, cover loosely with foil and rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
