  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In one bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat pastry flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and spices.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until blended.
