  • 6 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 cups white chocolate
  • Red Wilton Foodwriter pen
  • Ready to Use Green Decorating Icing
  • 30 Black M&M's

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos until fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with room-temperature cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Roll mixture into about 30 equal-sized balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt white chocolate in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen truffle into the melted white chocolate, coating fully, then return to the lined baking sheet to harden.
  6. Decorate with red veins using the Foodwriter pen and top with green icing before pressing down an M&M as the pupil.
