  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 12 ounces milk chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs one by one, mixing well.
  2. Gradually add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and other spices until combined.
  3. Roll out dough to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into pumpkin shapes. Freeze for 15-20 minutes before baking at 350°F for about 8-12 minutes.
  4. After cooling, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before assembling the cookies with melted chocolate.
