  • Gnocchi (optional)
  • Olive or avocado oil
  • Turkey sausage or plant-based sausage
  • Leeks
  • Fennel bulb
  • Parsnip
  • Carrot
  • Celery
  • Garlic
  • Whole tomatoes
  • Navy beans
  • Chicken stock/broth
  • Kale
  • Italian flat-leaf parsley
  • Lemon juice
