  • 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place one potato between two chopsticks or skewers and cut vertical slits about â…› inch apart without slicing all the way through. Repeat with all potatoes.
