  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Red bell pepper, sliced
  • Black olives
  • Chives
  • Hickory sticks or pretzels
  • Thin sliced white cheese (Provolone or Havarti)
  • Food safe dyes (liquid red, gel yellow and green, powder red)

Instructions

  1. Cook the eggs in an Instant Pot with water on the bottom rack for perfectly cooked results.
  2. For an eerie effect, crack three eggs and dye them red using food coloring.
  3. Mash half an avocado with lime juice and seasonings for the filling.
  4. Mix egg yolks with mayonnaise and spices until smooth; divide mixture for coloring.
