  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Dash of Salt
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp Vanilla
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Maple Extract
  • ½ TBSP Coconut Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sugars, vanilla, pumpkin puree, and dairy-free milk until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, spices, and salt.
  4. Gently fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined; be careful not to overmix.
  5. Grease a donut pan and fill each cavity about three-quarters full with batter.
  6. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
