  • 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • 10 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 15 oz. can chili starter
  • 2.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 12 tsp hot sauce (to taste)
  • 1/2 medium white onion, diced
  • Frito's Scoops for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with cooked ground beef and remaining ingredients (except for the additional cheddar cheese). Mix until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased oven-safe skillet and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for about 8–10 minutes until hot and bubbly.
