  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tofu by tossing cubed extra-firm tofu in a mixture of cornstarch, all-purpose flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the coated tofu until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
