  • 1 head Cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Nutritional yeast (optional for a cheesy flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower. Cut it into medium-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil until coated. Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Mix in panko breadcrumbs and nutritional yeast (if using) until all florets are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
