  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg (for cream cheese filling)
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for cream cheese filling)
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour (for cream cheese filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a greased loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, pumpkin puree, sugars, coconut oil, sour cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until combined.
  3. Pour two-thirds of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  4. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese filling ingredients until smooth and pour over the batter in the pan.
  5. Spoon the remaining pumpkin batter on top gently to cover the filling.
  6. Bake for about 48 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
  7. Allow to cool before slicing.
