  • 8 oz spaghetti or penne pasta
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: Extra basil leaves and balsamic glaze for garnish
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
