  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter over low heat in a saucepan; mix in the apple cider and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and apple pie spice.
  4. In another bowl, combine granulated sugar and egg; stir into the butter-cider mixture until smooth.
  5. Gently fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Spray donut pan with cooking spray; fill molds with batter using a piping bag.
